Shipping Policy

Dispatch timeframe
All orders are dispatched within 2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping method
Queensland Gold Company ships via express shipping only. We do not offer standard or untracked postage.

Australia & international shipping
We ship both within Australia and internationally. International delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Security
All shipments are packaged securely and sent using services that include tracking.
For security reasons, signature on delivery is required for all orders.

Risk & delivery
Once an order has been delivered to the address provided (as confirmed by carrier tracking), responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer.

Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
