Refunds & Returns Policy

Queensland Gold Company specialises in one-off natural gold nuggets. Each item is individually selected, photographed, and sold as a unique piece.

Change of mind
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind once an order has been delivered.

Faulty or incorrect items
If an item is received that is:

*  materially different from its description, or

*  damaged due to a fault in handling or packaging

please contact us within a reasonable time so we can assess the issue and provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Natural variation
Natural gold nuggets vary in shape, texture, and appearance. Minor natural characteristics are not considered faults.

Market price movements
Refunds or returns are not offered due to changes in gold prices after purchase.
